THE BREAD: Our rye, wheat, Tuscan & foccacia breads come from the Farrell family organic bakery right here in Tulsa. They are a small artisan bread bakery in the old European tradition.

They purchase only the finest organic flour & ingredients & ferment their bread overnight for maximum flavor. Bread prepared this way is excellent nutritionally, outstanding in flavor & wonderfully satisfying.

THE MEAT: Our turkey, roast beef, ham & chicken are all natural meats. No funny ingredients you can’t pronounce. No preservatives, artificial ingredients or MSG. No nitrites or nitrates
added. Did we mention it’s gluten free? 100% natural, fresh & flavorful, the way meat is supposed to taste: simply delicious.
